I love these and will, if my original set ever bites the dust, buy them again. However, I’ve used them every day for the last several months and other than stains from my makeup, they show no sign of slowing down.Now it’s true they grow when wet–as all sponges do. However, they’re marvelous for putting on makeup. But what I love best is how easy they are to clean. When a sponge gets too full of makeup, oil, etc., I just toss it in the washing machine with my laundry. Yes! Really! I don’t put them in the dryer, but let them air dry and they’re showing NO ill effects. It’s funny to see how big they are when full of water, and how nicely they shrink back to normal size.Four sponges come in the set. Two go in the wash at a time. Love ’em.

These are super soft and they expand a great deal once wet. They do a great job of blending out foundation. Clean up is super easy with a bar of soap and water (see the picture of brown one after cleaning, no color change). Just don’t be too rough with it.I actually bought this for the value of the holder and the blenders. I did not know it would come with a gift. I am pleased with the packaging, it is so pretty. They really took the time to make this look really nice. Plus the little card was an added personal touch.

You Guys! These sponges/blenders are AMAZING! They are silky smooth to the touch, yet so textured . BRILLIANT! I was hesitant to buy without being able to feel, but that was silly, these are PERFECT and EXACTLY what I need, these WILL be my GO TO for future purchases. I bought this to try because of its ratings and the price. I used this (and washed it) twice already and I like how it maintain its shape and it hasn’t create any holes/tears yet on the sponge so in that aspect, that’s a plus (unlike the branded one I used). Overall, good price, useable blender.

These are identical in their luxury feel and flawless performance! 😍 They’re just as soft and work just as good… You get four sponges in the pack 👏Personally, I couldn’t justify spending R200 on a disposable makeup sponge anymore, and I’ve wasted a lot of money in pursuit of an exact replica to that high end sponge. I love these. I’m really glad I picked these. These will last a long time since I don’t use a lot of makeup but when I did use one while wet it was extra soft and spongy. I love that the point to these are pointier than most…it was easier to get into corners around my eyes. These are pretty much easy to clean even thought I couldn’t get all my makeup off on the first use. I would definitely purchase these again.

This is my second time buying these sponges. They are such good quality! If you are thinking about buying these do yourself a favor and get them now! I have no desire to use any other sponges as long as they keep making these.Also, I tried the whole putting the sponge in water thing. These sponges will get about twice the size and make foundation so much easier to put on. I highly recommend that.I absolutely love these! The beauty blenders are soft (pink, green, and purple) and doesn’t even need to be wet before applying foundation. The burgundy and brown ones are a little harder but still soft. But it had been breaking and ripping within the first week of use and started leaving streak marks from the foundation on my face. I didn’t know if I wanted to purchase this considering the value you get for the price. These are soft enough and way more affordable. Cleaning wise, I mean they wash out pretty well using bar soap. I know I should probably get some sort of sponge cleaner for them but I don’t feel obligated to since this method works well for me. These don’t absorb much product. I will definately be repurchasing soon as I run through all of them.

I bought these for replacement makeup sponges and I will never buy any other one again!! These are super soft, easily washable to get makeup off, and last forever! I’ve been using the same one for a couple months now and it looks brand new after cleaning it. I like to dampen my sponges before applying my makeup and these work perfectly. Makeup doesn’t stick to the sponge like other ones I’ve used in the past and you can really tell the difference in the way these apply makeup. I’ve tried both liquid and powder products with these and they do work more efficiently with liquid, so I prefer brushes with powder products, but still worth it! Great price and VERY good quality! I will be buying more of these!

Okay I admit I was a little apprehensive over ordering these but figured for the cost I’d try them out. I’m here to say I’m really glad I did! These are absolutely fabulous, just as nice if not nicer then others priced higher. I generally dampen my blender for applying concealer, foundation and find these to distribute my product evenly without any issues. They absorb the water well and expand as expected. I’ve had no problem with cleansing them with my usual liquid brush cleaner either. The quality is just as nice and holding up very well. I’ve been rotating between two, with multiple uses and cleansing and see absolutely zero wear.Overall I have to say I’m pleasantly very pleased and will continue to purchase these when needed.

These finely meshed sponges don’t absorb the make up, they just help it get onto the skin in a fine film of perfection! I’ve wasted all these years of smearing, when I could have been gently sponging – ahhh! The shape of these makes getting along the hair line really easier than I thought. Just gentle bounces and it smooths the makeup just right along the hairline with no definitive lines at all! The fine tip is prefect for around the eyes, too. I use one sponge for foundation, another for highlights, and another for finishing powder. I clean them with micellar water. They don’t absorb my liquid foundation, and they leave a smooth finish every time. So, this old dog found a new trick that I’ve avoided for years and it really does work!

These work amazingly well for being a much cheaper version of the beauty blender sponges. The texture feels similiar, the only difference I have noticed is that these are super spongey! They get quite big when soaked and squeezed. They clean well and seem to last just fine. They are resilant! These would also be a cute gift! I’ve purchased the color changing pack before and loved them!

Yes, they are more dense and bigger in size but the application of my foundation seems to go on much better and the finish is more smoother compared to the beauty blenders application. I’m glad I took a chance on these! I would definitely re-purchase.

Bought these sponges after reading the reviews and I’m glad I did. I’ve been looking for a makeup sponge that was just as good as the Beauty Blender brand. Stumbled across these on my search. I was skeptical but for the price if they weren’t great, I figured I wasn’t out a lot of money.These are soft and squishy. Not as soft as a real Beauty Blender, but pretty darn close. They work just as well as a Beauty Blender, are just as easy to clean and seem to retain their shape. Time will tell how well they hold up. The Real Techniques sponge I have had only lasted a short while and the Beauty Blender sponge I bought at the same time is still going strong. I’m hopeful these will last just as long as the Beauty Blender sponge.Can’t beat these for the price and are a pretty close dupe for a Beauty Blender sponge.

I’m not a makeup pro, so I’ve never felt the need for very high-end products. I could never justify the cost of a brand name beauty blender… I like a sponge that I can use and clean every once in a while, but that doesn’t make me feel guilty when I’m ready to throw it out. I think these sponges work great, especially when you dampen them and they expand/get softer. They’re a little hard when dry. Plus, they’re inexpensive, so when I’m ready to switch sponges I don’t feel bad doing it. Note, I still don’t have to switch often — they’re good enough that they last for a while if you clean them.

I don’t review all products but it is with pleasure that I have chosen to review this one. I wanted to use the makeup sponges for a minimum of 2 weeks prior to submitting a review. I truly love them and have used them to apply BB cream, liquid foundation, etc. There no longer is delineation between my face and neck, and makeup tends to last longer with this type of application (very easy to do, and if you’re in doubt just quickly pull up a You Tube tutorial). Washing the sponge directly after use with mild soap is the best way to maintain. Don’t hesitate to purchase, it’s a worthwhile product.

Let me start by saying I love makeup. I have done makeup for weddings and many formal events, which means I am always keeping my eyes peeled for quality products. For that reason, I love these beauty blenders and will repurchase them indefinitely. For the price they just can’t be beat. Prior to these sponges I was using the Real Techniques beauty sponges and I liked them, but would find that they would fall apart so soon. These sponges feel high-end and I am not disappointed. I love to wash my beauty blender before every makeup application, and these beauty blenders have held up so well with no tearing or flaking, even after 2 months (considering that I wash it everyday, this is amazing to me).The size of the sponge is very universal. I get my clean beauty blender damp (not wet) and I use it to apply my foundation, concealer, and then set with powder. Works great with cream, liquid, and dry products when sponge is damp!A heads up as you are first adjusting to this product: The sponges need a little bit of “breaking into”. Before using it the first time, I washed it well under warm/hot water and it helped loosen the sponge. The longer I have used it the more soft it has become. Before breaking it in, however, I noticed no difference in how well the sponge worked or how it applied the makeup, just how the sponge felt.My washing technique: I wash under running hot/warm water and rub it into a bar of soap (I use the Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar) and squeeze out the makeup, working in small sections of the sponge at a time. After makeup color is gone, the sponge has that fresh, bounce-back clean feel just as it was new. To apply makeup, I take the clean, wet sponge and squeeze it in a clean cloth until it is just damp. With the sponge damp, it works wonders to achieve flawless, cake-less makeup every time; whether I’m going for a full face or a natural look, it does it all.

Honestly I have tried every high end and drugstore spoge and they all fall short of this. The expensive famous one always broke down after a month (became rough and parts would break off even with perfect care), and most drugstore ones I got either felt too cheap and stiff, absorbed too much product or fell apart. This one’s texture is soft and smooth and it really barely absorbs any product (esp when dampened), I expected to have to go through about 1 a month, but I was ok w that because of the price…but honestly it’s been 6mo and I’m still using the one I started with and it’s showing almost no signs of wear (I use it around 4 days a week on average). There’s no weird smell and they are long lasting and give super smooth make application. I’m extremely happy with these! if you’re on the fence just buy it!

My soon to be sister in law bought these recently to use as we worked looks for the wedding. I was skeptical when I saw the bag, but wow was I wrong. I have tried so many sponges that claim to be like the beauty blender and I am always sorely disappointed. These are AMAZING. I have used the pink and purple one so far and both work amazing. They don’t absorb too much product, they actually EXPAND to like twice their original size. The softness and texture are so amazing and they just overall work amazing for your makeup. I haven’t used foundation in years so I decided to start again recently. These little sponges are great. Really soft and easy to hold while applying makeup. Smoothed out foundation nice and evenly. One end has an egg like shape great for spreading around foundation and the other side has a soft tip. Great for getting under the eyes and near hair line. I also have a lot of allergies, but no problem with these. The only thing I wasn’t in love with were the really bright colors but I wouldn’t take away a star for that. It certainly makes them easy for find in my makeup bag. Good price!
